| A longer variant of the straight bracket.
Seemingly modest, the introduction of brackets has revolutionized the creations of many tech designers. Brackets were introduced by Professor Ruin of the Idont Institute in the Western American Republic. The great thing about them is their simplicity. Ruin discovered that by removing all the unnecessary bulk, one could build a much stronger superstructure by providing more attachment points connected by high-density metals. Ruin originally designed mounts for train-style landtechs. Since then they have been used in many areas, especially by quadcopter fans and venture motocross riders. Ruin is currently recovering from an allergic reaction to his heart medicine. He is stable and will be discharged from the hospital soon. |
The Venture Long Straight Bracket is a structure block. Like the Venture Straight Bracket, it is very light, and very weak. It is awesome when making speedy techs and fliers, but terrible for combat.
Like the other brackets, it is very thin, which makes it useful for some of the more unusual builds, such as trailers and multi-tech hinges. See the forums and community core streams for inspiration!
