Description
A heavy duty battery pack with a ruggedised casing that can handle more than a few knocks. Much more sturdy than any other battery for its size. This baby ain't cheap, or light, but it stores more than double the capacity of that GSO rubbish and it also comes it this awesome stealth black design. Sure, the LEDs make it a little less stealthy, but yeah.

The Hawkeye Ion Battery is a grade 2 Power block manufactured by Hawkeye. Like all Hawkeye blocks, it can be crafted with a Hawkeye Fabricator.

It has 6 attachment point(s) and takes up 2 cell(s).

Usage[]

The Hawkeye Ion Battery is a good all-round battery. It has a reasonable amount of armor, which can buy your other power blocks a decent amount of time during combat as it's harder to take down compared to any other battery. It has the same per cell capacity as GeoCorp Battery Pack. The only downside to this battery is that it's much heavier. In fact, four of them, while carrying the same energy capacity and taking up the same space as a GeoCorp Battery Pack, will be 1.5 times heavier.

GeoCorp Battery Pack also store slightly less energy than the Better Future Battery, while taking up the same space. However, Ion Battery has better AP distribution, which compensates for its disadvantages, as one can fill in the empty spaces with them more reliably, whereas the larger or the more malevolent batteries are incapable of doing so, and the smaller ones are outright too weak.

Trivia[]

  • The Hawkeye Ion Battery exists as a result of The Ridiculously Radical Block Re-Skin Competition. This block was suggested by FightBiscuit.
  • The Hawkeye Battery Pack has the highest health amongst all Batteries per block occupied, at 400, while all others are around 250 or less. It is also the heaviest, at 4 per unit as opposed to 1-3 of all other batteries. It also has the second highest energy capacity per block unit.
