Description |
A sleak pilot style cab, perfect for stealth operations. |
The Hawkeye Hunter Cab is a grade 1 Control block manufactured by Hawkeye. Like all Hawkeye blocks, it can be crafted with a Hawkeye Fabricator.
It has 6 attachment point(s) and takes up 2 cell(s).
Usage[]
The Hawkeye Standard Cab offers much higher mobility than most ground-based counterparts on it's own. It may not have an effective mounted weapon, but that's basically it. Occupying little space, it can be quite an effective choice thanks to it's integrated radar and relative abundance of attachment points. Beyond that, it does not seem to have other advantages
Like all cabs when it explodes it only pushes blocks away, dealing no damage
Trivia[]
- There is a typo in the description. A correct version would be "A sleek pilot style cab, perfect for stealth operations."
- Despite this, no Hawkeye Spec Ops exist in the game, nor are NPC helicopters seen anywhere.
- It is the second control block to include an integrated accessory. In particular, a radar. The first one was the Venture Cruz Cab, which had an integrated speedometer.
- The radar was, however, only added after the 1.3.9.1 Update, along with the Hawkeye Bomber Command Cab.
- Due to a bug, sometimes when deployed on the ground, the front wheel will clip through the terrain as it expands, causing it to take slight damage when driving around with it. However, this can be rectified if one drags the cab around a little with block-placing commands (such as the mouse for PC players).
- The Hawkeye NPC Sergeant Smash uses this block as his cab.
- The Hawkeye Hunter Cab resembles the canopy of a few modern attack helicopters.
