Description
This giant booster has a built in fuel tank. It's designed to help larger techs get over bumps and hills with ease.

The GeoCorp Eagle Heavy Booster is a grade 3 Flight block manufactured by GeoCorp. Like all GeoCorp blocks, it can be crafted with a GeoCorp Fabricator.

It has 8 attachment point(s) and takes up 16 cell(s).

Usage[]

Ironically, despite being categorized as a flight block, the Eagle Heavy Booster is more suitable to a ground tech due to its mass. It's also very weak and volatile so the user must protect it with a bunch of shields and a fast-healing repair bubble, so that it does not take the entire tech with it if the explosion does occur.

It provides a tremendous quantity of boost, but this is balanced by the extremely high fuel consumption that it brings and the mass - to the extent, the internal fuel tank drains within seconds. This effectively restricts its usage to what the description states: To get you over bumps and hills. Not at speed, but with ease. It's also important to pair it up with gyros so the tech does not end up getting overturned when climbing on steep terrain. Overall, it's best for anything super heavy. But for anything that is not, you might want to use those smaller, lighter, more efficient boosters.

Trivia[]

  • The GeoCorp Eagle Heavy Booster has the highest fuel consumption rate out of all flight blocks in the entire game. It is also the largest of all, taking up space equivalent to 16 cells.
  • It is the only block in the entire game that has the properties of both a Booster and a Fuel Tank.
    • It is also the only block that has those properties.
  • It is the only block of its kind manufactured by GeoCorp, as most other corporations manufactures fuel tanks, boosters or both in multiple sizes.
