| Allows for the charge of batteries and transfer of energy from generators or charged batteries on one Tech, to another. Medium range, medium arc speed and medium arc power. |
The GSO Wireless Charger is a charger power block, useful for aiding the transfer of power between your techs.
It has 1 Attachment Point and takes up 1 cell.
It’s like all GSO Blocks, can be crafted with a GSO Fabricator.
Wireless Charger[]
The GSO Wireless Charger can supply power to batteries from a distance. It is the average charger, having the second highest charge rate and the second longest range of the three chargers. The GSO Wireless Charger has a range of 20 units.
The GSO Wireless Charger will search for the nearest allied tech with a battery and will begin sending all of the energy in the batteries of the tech it is attached to to the other tech in the form of a power arc. If that tech's batteries are full, it will switch to the second nearest allied tech and begin charging it. If no allied techs in range have batteries, or if they are all full, then the charger will cease sending energy.
Note: Wireless Chargers will only charge if an allied tech's batteries are in range, not the tech itself.
